Cottage Cheese Ice Cream with Agave Syrup

4½ Hours | Serves 4

2 cups 4% Cottage Cheese
1 Banana Sliced 
¼ cup Agave Syrup Plus Extra for Drizzling
½ cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, banana slices,and agave syrup. Blend together on high speed for 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth. 

Remove the blade and fold in the chocolate chips. Transfer to a baking dish or storage container and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Defrost for 20 minutes before serving. Top with additional agave syrup and chocolate chips. Serve with fresh fruit.
