Double Chocolate Banana Loaf

2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Gluten Free Optional)
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Table Salt
1 cup Granulated Sugar
½ cup Salted Butter Room Temperature
2 Large Eggs
4 Large Ripe Bananas Mashed
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, mix the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and eggs on medium speed. Add the dry ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the bananas and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Use a spatula and fold in the chocolate chips.
Spray the loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spatula the mixture into the loaf pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
