Grilled parmesan garlic wings

Wings and Marinade for Grilling
2½-3 lbs Chicken Party Wings
4 Garlic Cloves Pressed
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Finishing Sauce
8 Tbsp Salted Butter
4 Garlic Cloves Pressed
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Kosher Salt to Taste
Coarse Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Preheat the grill to 275 degrees and adjust for indirect cooking.
Place the wings in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the pressed garlic, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, onion powder, kosher salt and black pepper. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Allow the wings to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes after being seasoned.
Place the wings on the grill. Cook for approximately 90 minutes or until the wings are 185-195 degrees. After 45 minutes, flip the wings. When finished cooking, allow the wings to rest for 10 minutes, covered loosely with aluminum foil.
To prepare the finishing sauce, place the butter, pressed garlic, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and simmer for five minutes to soften the garlic.
Place the rested wings and the garlic Parmesan sauce In a medium-sized mixing bowl. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
