Pumpkin Bread with Maple Glaze

2 cups All-Purpose Flour (Gluten Free Optional)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Table Salt
¾ cup Granulated Sugar
¾ cup Dark Brown Sugar Packed
½ cup Salted Butter Room Temperature
2 Large Eggs
1, 15 oz Can Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Allspice
Maple Glaze
½ cup Confectioners’ Sugar
1½ Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients together.
Using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, mix the butter, both sugars, and eggs on medium speed. Add the dry ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Mix in the pumpkin puree until fully incorporated.
Spray the loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spatula the mixture into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 55-60 minutes or when a toothpick comes out clean.
To prepare the glaze, combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth. Allow the bread to cool for 20 minutes before slicing and topping with maple glaze.
